1. Website purpose

The site provides information about recruitment services, career support, hiring solutions and ways to schedule a conversation with Austin Reeds.

Austin Reeds provides recruitment services and career-support information. Nothing on this site creates an employment relationship, agency guarantee, or promise of a particular recruitment outcome.

2. Recruitment outcomes

Roles, candidate availability, compensation, interview decisions and hiring outcomes are controlled by the relevant employers and candidates. We do not guarantee an introduction, interview, offer, candidate, placement, salary level or start date.

3. Information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to update material inaccuracies. You must not submit information you do not have permission to share or impersonate another person or organization.

4. Scheduling and third-party services

Appointment scheduling is provided through Calendly. Availability may change, and an appointment is not final until the scheduling service confirms it. Calendly and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and Austin Reeds is not responsible for their independent systems.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms service availability, or use it for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site design, text, graphics, brand elements and original materials are owned by or licensed to Austin Reeds. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use but may not reproduce or present them as your own.
