Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Austin Reeds handles information when you browse this website, contact us or schedule a call. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Austin Reeds.

1. Information you provide

When you schedule through Calendly or communicate with a consultant, you may provide your name, email address, appointment details, résumé, career history, hiring requirements and any information you choose to include in messages or form responses.

2. Information collected automatically

When you follow a booking link, the site creates a random unique lead ID and may record your IP address, browser or user-agent information, landing-page URL, referring page and the date and time of the visit.

Campaign attribution values may also be recorded when present, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, fbclid and gclid.

3. Scheduling information

Our scheduler uses Calendly. When an appointment is completed, we may receive and retain your Calendly name and email, event URI, event type, scheduled time, booking status and technical event details needed to confirm and administer the appointment.

Calendly processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. Please review those documents before submitting information through its widget.

4. How we use information

5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers that support scheduling, hosting, communications, security and professional operations. Candidate information is shared with prospective employers only in line with the recruitment process and the candidate’s instructions. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for recruitment, appointment administration, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the relationship, record type and local requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should avoid sending information that is unnecessary for the requested service.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the relevant basis. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Contact

Questions or requests about this policy can be raised through the Austin Reeds booking page or directly with the consultant managing your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Updates

We may update this policy when our services, technology or obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
